Do you really want to open an RCFE Business?
Sometimes knowing what you are about to get into can either excite you or make you think twice. Either way, the focus of the session with potential owners is to help with the big decision. Many people open with good intentions, but find themselves closed a year or two later due to the lack of resources and knowledge. Part A & B RCFE Application services
The community care licensing division (CCLD) application process to obtain an California Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) also known as Assisted Living/ Memory Care facility license includes two main components: Part A is basic information, Part B includes your mandatory supportive documents, policy and procedures.

Assisted Living Wavier Application services

The Assisted Living Waiver (ALW) is a Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) waiver that was created by legislation that directed the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) to develop and implement the project to test the efficacy of assisted living as a Medi-Cal benefit. Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFE) and Adult Residential Care Facilities (ARF) are responsible for providing Assisted Living Waiver (ALW) services to participants, allowing them to maintain independence and continue to receive nursing level of care as needed. The Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFE) work in conjunction with the Care Coordinator Agencies (CCA) to ensure participants receive individualized care in a homelike and community setting. The application to be approved for ALW waiver has four main components.
