Our Mission is to support the partnership between senior care providers, families and residents to assist in quality care delivery through the educational and solution based programs we offer.

We do so in various ways, educating family caregivers throughout the senior care placement process. We help them achieve a better understanding of the different assisted livings/board & cares and the positive outcomes each one may have on their loved one.

We also provide skill-based training for the staff of residential care facilities for the elderly(RCFE) on various resident care focused topics, including the understanding of state regulations.

The support we provide goes beyond education. We believe in staying involved during the placement process. During the tour, BTSS placement consultants support the family by answering questions and helping staff members understand the needs of the family. During the move-in process, we work with the resident and his/her family to ensure things go as smooth as possible.
