Cultural Competency in the Care Setting
This 2-hour course is designed to meet the requirements toward the recertification of RCFE and ARF administrators. This course can be taken instead of LGBT if you have already taken LGBT once already. will help administrators better understand the impact of cultural diversity in their businesses. Discussion will include steps administrators may take to work toward a care setting with a sense of belonging by all residents and staff.
