Course Overview: Loss of life to suicide is of great concern within the adult and senior care communities. The goal of this two-hour suicide awareness and prevention education is to help you recognize and understand suicide risk, protective factors, and how to help and effectively intervene. The discussion will assist participants in what they can do to help prevent suicide in their clients.
