Ebony Nicole is a trained student massage therapist, trained holistic health practitioner, RYT-500 HR Yoga teacher, NASM Corrective Exercise, NASM Performance Enhancement and NASM Fitness Nutrition & Weight Loss Specialist. A past certified nurse assistant/caregiver now a Health and Wellness Coach that believes in holistic-based, Integrative Health practices and Corrective Exercise Therapy. Her goal is to help you reunite with your body and embrace the empowering feeling of having a Mindset Mentor while learning techniques to take your healing into your own hands!

Course Overview:

Ebony will discuss the importance of understanding what stress is, how it develops, what the symptoms are, and how continued stress can cause health problems if not addressed. Discussion on how to recognize stress in the senior resident, caregivers and themselves to provide healthy living choices to reduce stress.
