In this 4-hour course, instructor(s) will review important 2015 regulations each administrator should have implemented and new California administrator laws impacting operations in 2016. A potential resident’s family makes an impression of your ability to care for their loved one within the first 30 seconds of visual communication. In this 2-hour course, we will review ways to convert a maybe into a yes!
