The purpose of this three hour course is to provide an overview of powerful communication, with a special emphasis on implementing skills to provide a more effective way to communicate and meet psychosocial needs of potential residents’ family members. Attendees will learn ways to find the best solution for each customer quickly, correctly and with a helpful attitude. This course is approved from DSS for administrators of RCFEs and ARFs.
