Compliance is not a bad word. This course will review ways Administrators can stay on top of what’s new in regulations while meeting the demands of residents and families. In this four (4) hour course, instructor(s) will review important 2015 regulations each administrator should have implemented and new California administrator laws impacting operations in 2016. A group discussion will be held on best practices to ensure compliance and administrator experiences in what happens in non-compliance status.
